Cancellation Policy
Demonstration policy for the WLT Studio concept on 2026.
We hold your appointment slot exclusively for you. Life happens — simply give us notice and we will gladly work with you.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Contact the studio by text, phone, or email to move your booking.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full service price.
Packages
Package sessions follow the same notice window. Unused sessions remain valid for 90 days from purchase.
